I am so pleased
to be a part of the excellent teaching staff at Hidden Hills School.
I grew up in nearby Pleasanton and am so excited to be a part of the
highly respected SRVUSD.
I have a B.S. degree
is Industrial Psychology and a minor in Business Administration from
California State University, Hayward. After graduating, I went back
to CSUH to pursue a teaching credential. I became a teacher because
I want to help children grow into successful, happy citizens. I have
eight years experience in teaching the primary grades. My teaching philosophy
is to ensure the development of each child's academic, social, and emotional
potential. I maintain a classroom environment that allows all children
to work at their individual ability levels on a regular basis. As a
classroom community, the children and I work to build an environment
where each individual feels safe, successful and valued by others. My
discipline approach relies on positive reinforcement and logical consequences.
In my personal time,
I enjoy scrapbooking, reading, arts and crafts, cooking, and spending
time with my husband and daughter.

I am excited to
be teaching first grade again this year. I treasure the inquiring minds
and caring hearts of my first graders. This year of their life is so
full of new learning!
I emigrated from
the Philippines in 1984, upon graduating with a B.S. in Industrial Engineering
from De La Salle University, Manila. I worked as an engineer in Dallas
for 16 years. My family moved to San Ramon in 2000 and I took that opportunity
to begin an inspirational journey in teaching. I worked at Alamo School
in our district while earning my teaching credential at Saint Mary's
College. I then joined Hidden Hills in its inaugural year.
Outside of school,
I spend time reading, relaxing, or hiking on nearby trails with my husband.
I am most content when I hear from my son and daughter who are both
away in college.

I have been a teacher
in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District for the past ten years.
My passion is teaching first grade!
I have my BA from
CSU, Long Beach, my MA from the University of Redlands, and my Teaching
Credential from CSU, Hayward. As a lifelong learner, I strive to inspire
my students to love learning!
I believe creating a safe classroom environment, where children
are able to experiment both socially and academically, is important.

I am a proud product
of San Ramon Valley Unified School District. I attended Walt Disney
Elementary, Pine Valley Middle School, and finallyf California High
School.
I received my BA from California State University and my teaching
Credential from Holy Names College. For eight years, I taught in Oakland,
California. When I heard of an opening at Hidden Hills School, I jumped
at the chance to teach in my own community. Meeting my colleagues and
working with the community the last few years has strengthened my conviction
that this is where I belong.

I have been in the teaching profession for 14 years. I have taught at various schools in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District. I have been a teacher at Greenbrook and Alamo Schools and this is my 2nd year at Hidden Hills.
I received a BS degree from Cal Poly State University in Human Development with a concentration in Early Childhood Education and a Minor in Psychology. I earned my teaching credential from San Francisco State University.
I have a great husband and two wonderful daughters. We live in Danville with our dog, Molly, and our cat, Lexie.
It has always been my belief that all children can learn when they are in an enriching, engaging, and supportive environment where they feel free to be themselves. I am thrilled to be teaching at Hidden Hills and I am looking forward to another fabulous school year!

This is my fifth year as a member of the Hidden Hills first grade team. I am very proud to be a part of such a dynamic learning environment. It has been exciting to watch our Hidden Hills community grow and grow!
I have been a teacher in the San Ramon Valley Unified School District for ten years. I earned my teaching credential from Saint Mary’s College. I have taught both first and second grades. I especially LOVE teaching first grade! First graders are smart, caring, inquisitive and fun!
When I am not teaching, I enjoy relaxing, reading, and walking my dogs. I especially love spending time with my family; my husband, my kids (both off to college) and of course my two dogs, Trevor and Sadie.
