Q: What do I do with the completed order form?
A: Please make sure to include the correct cash or check payable to "Hawks Education Fund". You can either give the order form and money to your child to turn in to their teacher or you can drop off the order form in the office.
Q: Can I use the scrip certificates anywhere?
A: Yes, the certificates are accepted at all participating retailer locations.
Q: Where do the scrip certificates come from?
A: Our vendor purchases the gift cards directly from the retailers. The cards we provide to you are the same gift certificates you would buy if you went to the participating retailer and purchased them yourself.
Q: Do the cards expire?
A: No, the cards typically do not expire. The cards we provide to you are the same gift cards you would buy if you went to the participating retailer and purchased them yourself. If you want to check on specific wording on usage of the cards and any restrictions for a particular retailer, please email Stephanie Demeter.
Q: Do the cards need to be used in a certain time period after they are purchased?
A: No, the cards typically do not need to be used in a certain period from the time they are purchased.
