Mission: We are dedicated to raising funds, through the collaboration of parents, educators and the community, to maintain and enhance the quality of education and the environment of Hidden Hills School.
The Hidden Hills Hawks Education Fund, or “Hawks Education Fund”, is a non-profit organization and an affiliate of the San Ramon Valley Education Foundation. Our tax ID# is 56-2464516.
The Hawks Education Fund is governed by a 15-member Board of Directors comprised of 13 parent volunteers, a teacher representative, and our principal, Hanna Ma. All parents or guardians of a currently enrolled Hidden Hills student are members of the Hawks Education Fund.
The organization was formed in 2004 for the sole purpose of raising funds to supplement the state funded curriculum. The amount we raise through parent contributions and various fundraising activities makes it possible for our students to receive:
• Supplementary instruction from specialists in science, computers, art, physical education and vocal & instrumental music.
• Small group instruction, particularly in reading, thanks to classroom paraeducators who come into the classroom a few hours each week
• Much-needed classroom supplies, books and computers, as well as materials for the computer and science labs.
