eScrip
What is the eScrip program?
The eScrip program is a fundraiser that allows participating merchants to contribute a percentage of your grocery loyalty cards, credit card, and debit/ATM card purchases to the school or organization of your choice. Last year our children benefited from nearly $10,000 so ask family, friends, & co-workers to register as well to maximize our gain.
How do I sign up?

How does the eScrip program work?
- Supporters register any or all of their existing grocery loyalty, debit and credit cards for use in the program.
- Participating national, regional and local merchants will make contributions to enrolled organizations, based on purchases made by supporters, who use their registered grocery loyalty, debit and credit cards. The eScrip program will continually contract new merchants.
- By using these registered cards at participating merchants, supporters generate donations based on a percentage of purchases as determined by each merchant or service provider.
- Every month the enrolled organizations receive all merchant contributions made on behalf of all participants. A summarized report listing supporters, merchants, and contributions amounts are available online.
Is it a special card?
No, to use the program, you simply register your existing grocery loyalty cards, VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, debit/ATM cards and merchant cards such as OfficeMax and use them everytime you shop. These merchants have agreed to donate a percentage of your expenditures to your enrolled school or organization.

Can I have family members register their cards?
Yes, our merchants include participants from across the United States. You simply send a registration form to extended family/friends for their participation with the eScrip program. You may either click here to register online or click here to download registration forms.
Can I enroll my spouse's card under my name?
Yes you can. You may list all household family cards under one supporter ID. If both spouses have the same credit card number, you only need to list it once. If they have different card numbers, list all card numbers in the database.

- When you get to this screen, choose “Zip Code where Group is located”, type in "94582" and hit the "Search" button.

Existing Members:
- Click here to review or update your account.
- Enter one of the following as the page requests: email address, phone number, or some card # you have registered & press "enter".
- Click "my eScrip" and enter your password.
- If you forgot your password, click the "forgot your password" link & your password will be emailed to whatever email address
you registered with eScrip. - Once logged into your personal page, you can either click the link to "Register credit and debit cards" or "Go to Account Administration" to add your cards.
Corporate Matching
- Almost $50,000 earned last year! Many companies (i.e. Chevron, Gap, Intel, Oracle, PG&E, Wells Fargo) provide matching funds for donations that you make to the Hawks Fund.
- This is additional money that we can collect from our corporate partners to support our school and its programs.
- You initiate the matching process through your employer and we do the rest!
